Basement Experts provides a complete “move-in” solution to all your basement refinishing and renovation requirements.

The Basics: One large finished open area. This includes a finished stairwell with closet beneath, insulated & finished foundation walls, boxed in utilities room, dry wall ceiling, potlights & installation of attractive quality flooring. Homeowner’s choice of paint colours.

Time Frame: On average, we require four to six weeks to finish a basement. More time may be required if some of the options are specified (e.g. outside entrance, custom kitchens & cabinetry)

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Basement Experts has a customer service dept that follows up on any repairs, touch-ups etc. required during the warranty period. If we do need to return to fix something, work will commence within 5 business days.

WARRANTY

Basement Experts guarantees all workmanship and materials for a period
of one year from completion.
